Sprint: The sprint race will occur on Saturday afternoon and will be half the distance from the main race. The results of qualifying will set the grid for the sprint race. The top 9 finishers in the sprint race will be awarded half points towards the championship. The sprint race results will not have any bearing on the grid for the main race.
